These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ESTEL and you governing your access to and use of the ESTEL platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Platform — The ESTEL web-based SaaS application. Services — The platform, website, support, and related offerings. User — Any individual or organisation using the Services. Lead Data — Job postings, staffing demand, and related intelligence.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this Agreement, and provide accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
ESTEL provides AI-powered lead ranking, buyer matching, decision-maker contact data, AI-assisted outreach content, and market intelligence. Services are provided "AS IS". ESTEL does not guarantee accuracy, business outcomes, or specific uptime. Target uptime: 99.95%.
You may not use the Services for illegal conduct, spam, security violations, or compliance violations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
All IP in the Services belongs to ESTEL. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for lawful use. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or use the Services to build competing products.
ESTEL retains ownership of lead data and market intelligence. You may access lead data during your subscription and use it for lawful outreach. You may not resell or redistribute lead data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESTEL disclaims all warranties. Liability cap: fees paid in the preceding 12 months or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify ESTEL from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, legal violations, outreach activities, and data protection breaches.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Fees billed monthly or annually. No refunds except where legally required. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
ESTEL may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, legal risk, or abuse. Upon termination, access ends immediately and data is handled per retention policy.
Bulgarian law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Sofia, Bulgaria. Claims must be filed within one year of accrual.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
